Incorrect Goods Supplied by Comcen

If you receive the incorrect goods in your package, we will arrange a collection and your account will be credited once they have arrived back in our warehouse.

Faulty Goods

We will collect faulty goods within 30 days of the invoice date. However, after that time the customer is responsible for sending the goods back to us. We will offer a credit or replacement product, whichever is required.

Wrong Goods Ordered by Customer

Where possible we will try and take these products back. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods to us at their cost. The customer also needs to ensure that they are in mint condition and adequately packaged prior to their return
